Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

White Rabbit Systems ("White Rabbit Systems," "we," "us," or "our") builds purpose-built software and manages tools for professionals. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the business — no data brokering, no advertising trackers.

01The short version

02Information we collect

Contact form
Your name, email address, and message. Used solely to read and reply to your inquiry.
Account creation
Email address and a password (stored in hashed form). Used to authenticate you and link your purchases and license keys to your account.
Purchases
Buyer email address and order records (product, amount, order reference, status). Used to fulfill the order, deliver your license key, and provide support.
Software licensing
When a licensed product is activated, our licensing server records a device identifier (a hardware "fingerprint") and the IP address of the activation request, to enforce license terms and prevent abuse.
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our host records standard technical logs (IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we don't collect: We do not run Google Analytics or any third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking tools on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.

03How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

04Payments

Purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card details are entered and handled directly by that processor under its own security and privacy practices. White Rabbit Systems does not receive or store your full payment card number. We retain only a record of the transaction (such as amount, product, status, and a processor reference) needed for fulfillment, accounting, and support.

05Cookies, local storage, and on-device features

This site uses only essential, functional cookies and browser storage — for example, to keep your shopping session and to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some of our standalone browser tools store data locally in your own browser (for example, recent color swatches); that information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Some interactive features process media entirely on your device. The Rabbit Hole audio visualizer can react to one source you choose — your microphone, your computer's system audio (captured through your browser's screen-share dialog), or an audio file you open. The audio is analyzed live in your browser to drive the on-screen graphics. It is never recorded, saved, or sent to us or anyone else; switching sources or closing the page stops the stream and retains nothing. We do not capture or use any video from your screen. Your browser asks permission before the microphone or system audio is used, and you can deny or revoke it at any time.

06Service providers

We share information only with the providers that make the service work, and only as needed:

We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own marketing.

07Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to maintain your account and license records, provide support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Contact-form messages are retained as long as useful to address your inquiry. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep (see "Your choices" below).

08Your choices and rights

You can:

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make any request, contact us using the details below. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

09Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information — for example, hashing account passwords and restricting database access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit what we collect in the first place.

10Children's privacy

Our site and products are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Third-party links

Our site may link to other sites we operate or to external services (such as OccuCollect or external platforms). Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please check back periodically.

13Governing law

White Rabbit Systems operates from the State of California, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction applies.
